Attention to Christian Leaders

“Would that God would make hell so real to us that we cannot rest; heaven so real that we must have men there, Christ so real that our supreme motive and aim shall be to make the Man of Sorrows the Man of Joy by the conversion to him of many.” Hudson Taylor

God gave me a series of dreams throughout 2020 and I believe that the next dreams I will share with you is geared towards born again believers and Christian leaders. I believe that these dreams spoke to me and they’ve become prophetic words that has fueled me to live wholeheartedly for God. God in his kindness gave me these prophetic dreams so that I will not fall into the same disobedience of the first generation of Israelites and like King Joash who allowed the Word of the Lord slip from his grasp as he passively approached God’s specific instructions succumbing to his old patterns and not fully throwing himself into God’s purpose for his. We have one short life to live and I pray as believers and leaders in the body of Christ, we will make it count for eternity.

Recovering the Truth of Heaven and Hell

Jesus spoke about Hell more than anyone in history. Hell is a real place and God doesn’t want anyone to perish and go there (2 Peter 3:9). This is why Jesus came not to condemn us, but to save us from sin, so that we can be redeemed by His blood, brought into union and right standing with God so that heaven can become our home.

In the dream, I began to rise from the earth and I was brought into a dimension unlike our natural dimension. I was facing which I knew was heaven as light radiated out from this Great City. Then I looked back and saw gloomy darkness and hues of red only for me to innately know that this was Hell, a place of burning sulfur and eternal torment.

I’m reminded of Lot’s wife who looked back and she became a pillar of salt. If our spiritual eyes could open for a minute and saw how every decision we make is leading us closer to heaven or hell, we would live differently. I believe that in an age where people, cults and even some denominations no longer believe in the reality of Hell, we must faithfully warn people of this horrific place, so that they will never go there. If our friends and family could come back from the dead for 5 minutes, what would they tell us? Would we take them seriously?

Athet Pyan Shinthaw Paulu, a former Buddhist monk in Myanmmar, died and in a vision, he saw a famous monk, Gautama [Buddha], Aung San (A revolutionary leader) and Goliath suffering in Hell, a lake of fire. They were great people but they all didn’t believe in Jesus and some persecuted and killed Christians.

In his final moment right before he was cremated, he came back to life, sat upright and his friends and family all ran in fear. He had been dead for several days and a pool of liquids had gathered up in his coffin because his body was decomposing. This is how he knew he was dead.

Immediately, he testified to all the people he saw in the lake of fire. “I immediately started to explain the things I had seen and heard. People were astonished. I told them about the men I had seen in the lake of fire, and told them that only the Christians know the truth, that our forefathers and us have been deceived for thousands of years! I told them everything we believe is a lie. The people were astonished because they knew what kind of a monk I had been and how zealous I had been for the teachings of Buddha.”

His testimony is obviously very uncompromising. Because of that, his message has offended many people who cannot accept there is only one Way to Heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ. Despite great opposition, his experiences were so real to him that he has not wavered. After many years in the Buddhist monk hood, as a strict follower of Buddhist teachings, he immediately proclaimed the Gospel of Christ following his resurrection and exhorted other monks to forsake all false gods and follow Jesus Christ with all their hearts.

There isn’t a day that passes by without me thinking about Hell and all of my friends who are there. What terrifies me is that when people go there, there are no exits and you will never be able to turn back the hands of time. You’re stuck in this place of torment for all of eternity.

If you are not concerned, I’m concerned for you. We need to understand that life is not a playground but a battle ground. I believe that God is activating every Christian to live like it’s war time.

Preaching the Christocentric Message to Save Souls

The greatest message to preach in this hour, as leaders who have a platform, whether its the pulpit or the dinner table, is the Gospel. If we are not careful, we can fall into the trap of teaching and preaching a prosperity-centeric, morality-centric or therapy-centric gospel. God has called us to center all of our efforts on Christ and help people to live set apart for Jesus. What i’ve seen in my own life and in the preaching of street preachers and pastors is that we focus so much on the sin and morality that we cause people to have worldly sorrow and a sense of condemnation, rather than encountering Jesus and experiencing freedom. If we are not careful we can leave people more bound than they began to hear your message. If our message does not contain the cross, we’ve missed it. God wants us to gear our messages to saving souls, including those who’ve been going to church for decades. The sad reality is that many pastors have never even given an altar call and invite people into starting a relationship with God. We can be preaching blue in the face, but if we have not crafted our messages in such a way to produce a response in people to want Jesus more than anything, we’ve missed it. If we’ve made our ministry out to be the Great Membership program and not the Great Commission, we are living in disobedience.

“Bring those I contact to decision. Let me not be a milepost on a single road; make me a fork, that men must turn one way or another on facing Christ in me.”

Jim Elliot
